Edit: it produced a lot of .crash files in /data/data, this is one of them: http://www.xs4all.nl/~johanw/Untitled.p4...4468.crash

Could you try reinstalling? The app is working fine on other phones, and there's nothing wrong with your state file, either. This looks like a corrupted install -- which is rare, but I do see evidence of them occasionally in the Android developer console.
