Update of Emu48 Classic to v1.60

The classic version of Emu48 v1.60 is available at http://hp.giesselink.com.

This is a minor update fixing problems with the menu item "Edit/Copy Screen". In prior versions you mostly got a "Zoom 1" image in the clipbaord when the KML Zoom factor was greater than 4 or when using the KML command Zoomxy with different x and y magnification arguments.

Further in all versions the menu screen part was corrupted when the main screen had a left offset greater than 0.

When your last Emu48 installation is the Emu48 20th Anniversary edition, _don't_ uninstall this version. Just install the new version over the old one and choose at the question "An older version of Emu48 is installed on your system. It's recommended that you uninstall the current version before installing. Select the operation you want to perform and click Next to continue." the item "Do not uninstall"

This will preserve all data in the installation directory and only overwrite the changed files. This is necessary because the regular installation file contain only a subset of the KML files included in the Emu48 20th Anniversary edition.
