Gene has a listing of a HP65 lunar lander game that appeared in PPC Journal vol. 2 number 3 page 34 (March 1975). I don't know if this is the program you are looking for, and maybe you already found this version, but since there is a tiny chance... ;-)

If this is not the desired program: This version is somewhat different from other lunar lander games. It seems to include a random number generator and the user may specify a "professional mode" by setting a flag. Maybe a similar version could go into the 67 fun ROM v2 ?-)
