Replacement Voyager Slip Covers? Where to buy?

Hi folks - where can I get a decent quality replacement slip cover (sleeve) for my voyagers? 11c, 12c, 15c.

I bought some kind of carry case before on TAS but it was just crap. Didn't even fit well.
