I can't update the firmware

Hello everyone! I have a problem. I buy my new HP prime g2 and I can't update the firmware. First of all, manually I received this message:

Then with the option "Check for updates" I received this message:

Is there anyone who know how I have to do to update my calculator?

Some servers (that provide the update files for the Connectivity Kit and Virtual Calculator) were changed and reconfigured right around the time of this post. This past week I’ve increased the amount of automated monitoring that is done (on the distribution process for Connectivity Kit and Virtual Calculator update files).
