Numworks 23.2.2 Problem?

I just upgraded my Numworks N0110 and N0120 to OS version 23.2.2. My N0100 is still at 19.x which is the latest for that calculator.

The upgrades went smoothly but, of course, wiped out my Python programs. I have them stored on the Numworks website and was always able to restore them from there.

This time, however, I get an error on both calculators when I try to copy the scripts to the calculators (see attachment) I have reset the calculators several times.

Is anyone else able to restore the scripts to their machines?

I was at 22.2.1 and upgrading now. Numworks is up to 23.2.3 and all my files were kept.

When did you upgrade to 23.2.3? I upgraded yesterday and it was only 23.2.2.

Hi Tom,

I just upgrade my calculator after reading your message. It is at version 23.2.3 now. I try to upload a public script from Numworks's site and get the same error message windows as you.

That's the privilege of being the really first thousand ones to test a new firmware.

Good news! I got an email from Numworks saying the bug was fixed. I headed to the site immediately and, sure enough, all my scripts transferred with no problem.

Hi TOM,

It is a very good thing. Uploading or sharing scripts from my calculator also work fine now.

The NUMWORKS team is a very dynamic team, they put the new version online on Monday. And on Tuesday morning, as soon as they became aware of our problem, they worked to correct it.

You are absolutely right, they were very quick. Apparently this problem did not come from the new calculator firmware…
