Hmm, now you mention it, maybe it would be a good idea to do them together. I'll look into postage costs.

This sounds like a brilliant idea. I'd vote for it.

RE: HP 50g User's Guide - Printed Version
Hi everybody,

I just purchased a 50g a few days ago and came across this thread as I was searching for a printed guide, and this project has definitely caught my attention.

So if possible please add me to the list for the User's Guide as well as for the AUR (if still available).
That would have to be shipped to France.

Thank you,
Clement

RE: HP 50g User's Guide - Printed Version
Greetings,

"In for a dime, in for a dollar." I recently put in for an AUR, and I will now also put in for a User's Guide, again, assuming that the shipping costs to California are not too horrible.

I endorse the idea of combining the two orders into a single shipment, if that does not unduly complicate things at your end.

Many thanks for this effort.

Gordon

Very late to the party, as usual, but I'd like to put my name down for two (2) copies of the the User's Guide, if not too late. Thanks.

If not too late I'd also like a copy of the User Guide. Already have a set of the Advance User guides from the last printing.

Thanks & just let me know how much it will be delivered to Australia.

Cheers,

Michael

Sorry for the delay folks. Been a bit busy.

I've wrestled the document into a suitable format for printing, but I'm trying to decide how best to handle the contents pages and index. It might make sense to split the contents between the two volumes, and maybe add the absolute page numbers. On the other hand, I don't want to butcher it too much.

The other issue is whether or not the two sets (AUG + UG) of books together will be under the limit for small parcels. It will be tight, and I won't know for sure until they are printed and here.

I can send you the PDF I use if it helps. It makes an 8.5x5.5" UG printed in two volumes. Slice the stack of paper right down the middle and then bind it.

Yes, I had the same problem. One or the other could ship as a small parcel, but put the two together and it went over the limit, dramatically increasing shipping prices (international postage went from like $25 to $50).

Count me in for one of these as well. I have the AUG and I think it's terrific. Thanks for your hard work.

Just to ensure it can't be missed, please count me in for both the UG and AUR for the 50g as well. See also:

I already have the AUG and would be interested in the manual only.

Thanks for the offer Eric. I wouldn't mind seeing the PDF to see how you did it, although I think I have got everything in order now.
