Update of HP-41 module liste
About 10 years ago I started with a database listing all HP-41 modules, EPROMs, ROM images und devices including software. As i was a bit "off" during the last 5-6 years this list is terribly outdated. I want to bring this list into shape, but I need your help. Please drop me all missing information, modules, images, .....
I gave my best, to list even different software versions separately. Please help us to update the list.There are two attachments: First, the newest version of the module database and second a empty sheet in which you can fill the missing informations. Please send me your filled sheet to museum@hp-collection.org |

You are (one of) the most productive programmer for HP-41 images. It would really help us a lot if you could fill out my empty sheet. I can not exactily say what version of what image was realeased by you and I would really like to set them all in the list. There are also some informations I can not set in the database as long as I do not have the image. |

RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
Finally I streamed through the full internet plus the CL reference (thanks Angel) for "new" HP-41 software that is not in my database yet. Uff, I can tell you, the list of new entries was loooooong, but finally I think, I have a first new release ready soon. But therefore I have some questions some of you might answer: my CL is a BETA unit and not in use, so I do not have a lot of these software images listed in the reference:
41CL Memory Functions 1B BBS ROM BGUG ROM Blackjack MAX -2E Buderus-3 Module CalTrans Survey ROM Chemical Engineering Solutions Fluid Dynamics Solutions ETSII3B ROM ETSII4B ROM ETSII5A ROM ETSII6A ROM For Fee ROM Funstuff ROM Geometric Solver ROM HEPAX 1E ROM (only version E is missing) HVAC Solutions Laplace Transform ROM Math Programs Collection Modified Advantage ROM NutIP TCP/IP ROM 1A Program Generator ROM PSOF ROM SI ROM Solar Engineering Solutions Spreadsheet ROM TVM Module 1E Vegas -1C ROM Does someone has images (.MOD prefered) of some / all of these? I think you could extract them easily from a CL. I didn't found them in the web, sorry. |

RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
{don't want to hijack topic, if this needs a separate thread that is fine}
Don't clutter up the list (which is immensely fascinating, BTW) with minutia, but if anyone knows of some 'useful' utility type 4K ROMs (be thinking more along the lines of ZenROM, not Home Management) that are internally addressed to the upper block of a port I'd be mighty appreciative. I suspect this is going to be a very short list, possibly the ZenROM is the only one ? Regards, and thanx!! 2speed HP41CX,int2XMEM+ZEN, HPIL+DEVEL, HPIL+X/IO, I/R, 82143, 82163, 82162 -25,35,45,55,65,67,70,80 |

Quote:Matthias, Just notices, that severals of these images are abailable in the web, at TOS and on other site... Maybe I use a some other namesfor a module than you. Thats exactly the advantage of the HP-41 module database: the modules are listed with their CATs, XROMs, .. so its easy to compare. |

Good try but unfortunately that's not the case - they're not available and I guess they won't be for a long time... too bad. For the record, all the ROM images I have are in the CL library - don;t mean those I wrote, but also the purchased ones. A personal choice, naturally... Hi all,
NutIP is an amazing contribution of Khanh-Dang Nguyen Thu-Lam : Originated there in 2009. Khanh-Dang website still hosts the 1A Rom you are seeking here. Etienne |

Way to go Sylvain! - not only you're a great technical resource to this forum but also kind enough to have such gracious gesture, it's a great stuff - enough to make you wish to be a surveyor ;-) Many thanks indeed - hopefully your example spreads and we get more contributions. Merci bien. Cheers, 'AM "To live or die by your own sword one must first learn to wield it aptly." |

I don't have the original Zeprom modules, these images were given to me privately by a friend of mine, who was planning to release them of TOS with documentation, so I will not post the images myself. But, at least, you know that these versions exist and are kept in a safe place! The CO-OP 41 is a fascinating series of modules, with so many features and different versions. J-F |
