Casio FX-991EX by EEV blogger
An enthusiastic review of a new Casio calculator by Dave the famous EEV blogger from Australia. He seems to appreciate calculators, so he’s ok in my book.
https://youtu.be/IsIKyt64Tt4 Interestingly he entered an equation using the engineering u symbol but when I performed that calculation on the prime I got a syntax error. ? |

That's a segment extracted from a video posted on his main channel nearly 3 years ago (2015-08-25). https://youtu.be/g65sCqZc5Ug?t=27m44s And that was how I first found out about that calculator and ordered one from an Indian seller on eBay. |

Hmm well it popped up on his EEV Blog channel #2. a week ago (June 2018). Is he recycling content? Dunno. And his main channel has this related Casio calculator video only a week ago too https://youtu.be/wF3xKFOJ804
Personally it's got to be programmable to be a real calculator - and none if his are . But I love his enthusiasm for real calculators. He had a nice review of a HP-85 once too, I remember. |

He's also featured a HP-41CV a couple of times, including a teardown video. https://youtu.be/R4V1xPHL804?t=13m38s (mailbag) https://youtu.be/mGFJQxAbWeY (teardown) |

So any idea how to do this same calculation on e.g. the Prime? See attached screen shot. Can the Prime's corresponding symbol be used? |
