Thanks Walter, I downloaded your Manual Calculation Guide, and it is viewable in Linux with standard PDF viewers.

Depending on what software you are using, some generator are using extensions not compatible with other PDF reader.
I have often seen this with data entry PDF files.

Same here on OSX v10.10.3 with OSX Preview, Acrobat Reader and with PDFPenPro.
