Hp25c - dm123 - 06-20-2018 09:02 PM It lives! It’s working 100% ok. Thanks to this thread below. http://www.hpmuseum.org/cgi-sys/cgiwrap/hpmuseum/archv006.cgi?read=12608 It just needed a little aluminum foil wrapped around the terminal leads. Im using a shapeways plastic power pack with a copper dual coiled spring Question, is there a more permanent solution for the terminal leads? The aluminum foil falls off when the pack is pulled out. I can solder, but dont want to mess up the 25c terminal leads and do it incorrectly. I think the ideal solution would be to insert new silver rivets in place of the corroded ones. Some time ago I bought a bag full on eBay but unfortunately they are metric size and a tiny bit too small to make good contact. So double check before ordering...
