Three (3) interesting programs (with equations, discussion etc.) regarding Total System Noise are documented in ADVANCED ATMOSPHERIC SOUNDER AND IMAGING RADIOMETER, NASA-SBRC, Final Report {NAS 5-20963}, MAR 1977 (pgs. 3-10 thru 3-17)
These functions are easily programmed on an HP-25 or HP-65 calculator as follows:
