I do not understand why I can not install HP Prime on laptop, must publish the gentlemen of Hp Prime, something that works, publish things that do not work.

You installed the HP Prime Connectivity Kit, not the HP Prime software.
The Prime software is a standalone (virtual) calculator app for your laptop.
The Connectivity Kit is designed to exchange data between your laptop and any Prime connected to it, being virtual or real. It is not needed to use the Prime app.

He does want to use the calculator emulator, the point is to find the solution, not evade it xD

Problem is I don't remember that progress bar... Which makes me think it is an extremely old version possibly? Not really clear what is being attempted.

I am aware of Robert's case, he first installed 20181016 in his clean new system (Windows 10 Home), when he finished installing the emulator does not start, he stays in that loading window. Now when installing the beta version 20191022 the loading window keeps coming out after installation. fails to open the application
