Anyone Have an .stl of a 65/67 Battery Cover? - Ignatz - 12-03-2019 09:06 PM Hi, all... I looked at the thread on 3D printing battery covers – no joy. Anyone have an .stl of a 65/67 battery cover? I got an HP67 at a good price because it doesn’t have a battery pack or cover. Battery pack's not a problem, but the cover... Or does anyone have one that they can laser scan? I’d cover the cost, of course. RE: Anyone Have an .stl of a 65/67 Battery Cover? - twoweims - 12-13-2019 02:55 AM I am working on a model now. I will print this weekend to verify fit and then post the model on thingiverse. First layer printing now... [attachment=7921] First iteration complete. Good fit. I just need to tweak the latch slots for proper fit... There is someone on this forum who has made 3D Printed latches but I can't find it at the moment. RE: Anyone Have an .stl of a 65/67 Battery Cover? - Harald - 12-13-2019 06:59 PM So shall I still measure the lid? I guess that is not really necessary anymore. Ok, next request: Who will make model for a spice case? I have some that is pretty close but not quite the right color. Have fun with that 3D Printer! RE: Anyone Have an .stl of a 65/67 Battery Cover? - Ignatz - 03-20-2020 01:07 PM Well, I ended up buying an original battery door cover, but after my little 'mishap' last night (see my post from this morning), I'll need to get one printed. However, looking a Twoweim's post on Thingiverse, I can't see any way to order it printed (last time, for the Woodstock battery holder, I'm sure I just clicked 'Order This Printed' and the piece turned up a few days later...) Can anyone point me in the right direction? |
