I downloaded the Casio fx-991EX user guide here:

When I look at it with Adobe Acrobat reader it looks fine, but when I try to print it it has a huge diagonal "CASIO" watermarked across every page. Does anyone know how to either remove the watermark or where to download a printable version?

In order to remove the watermark, first you have to unprotect the document. There are websites that will do that for you. Then you need a full-featured Acrobat or compatible. The Acrobat Reader is made for just that: reading. It doesn't allow manipulation of the document. The watermark is easily removed with the full version of Acrobat. I have no experience with Acrobat compatibles but I imagine some of them could be used also.
