hptalx (for Arch Linux) - SammysHP - 03-03-2020 07:21 PM Now you can easily install the wonderful little program hptalx on your Arch Linux system. I created an AUR package including all patches required to run it on a current system. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hptalx/ hptalx is a program written by Bruno Barberi Gnecco and later by Rafael Ostertag that provides a graphical file browser to transfer objects between a PC and a HP 48/49/50g in both directions and manage the content of the calculator. It's not maintained anymore for a long time, but still works with some minor modifications. But hey, the HP 48G isn't maintained anymore as well. ![]() Please note the comment in the PKGBUILD if you want try it yourself because of the permissions required to access the serial connection. |
