Unit issues in an equation library - A_Fiorito - 10-22-2020 01:09 PM

Recently I have been using PEQUM an equation manager program that I found on hpcalc. https://www.hpcalc.org/details/6306 Here is the link. It is awesome for helping me solve lots of equations at once but I have been having some issues with it recently.

Now all the variables should have no units but recently if I use the same variable name as an equation in the equation library (e.g. y or v) it would assign units to it automatically in the solver (in this case m and m/s). This is problematic if one variable has units and the others don't the solver can't solve.

Can anyone provide any guidance to help remove the pesky auto assignments of units for variables? Sorry if this is vague I am fairly new to this calculator and I am still learning the quirks.
