Connect HP Prime to a Qwerty keyboard - CMarangon - 11-09-2020 04:34 AM

Hello!

I have a V8 adapter to connect my cell phone to a keyboard. It works.

In HP Prime I connected, but it doesn't work.
Is it possible connect this keyboard and make it work on HP Prime?
What software is needed?

From one of the HP Prime developers (cyrille de brébisson):
Short answer: No.
Long answer: The keyboard will actually be recognized and enumerated, but no driver were written (sorry, I was otherwise busy), so pressing on keys will not do anything. Plus, keyboards are a pain because they are all different. Had primed supported ONE keyboard, it would have been an azerty one:-).

Here is a thread that explains why it is not supported.

Hello!

Cyrille de Brébisson, also known as HpMad...

So it does not work.
What a pity!

Thank you, for your answer.
