[split] [VA] New updates available in my HP site [Update #22 Nov., 5th] - HrastProgrammer - 11-11-2020 08:33 AM

Hi Valentin,

I wasn't aware of your new ad-free site until now. Just updated the link on my site.

Will go through the documents and articles when I'll have some more time ...

Long time no see ! First of all, I hope you and your loved ones are doing well and are unaffected by the pandemia.

Thanks a lot for splitting the thread instead of posting to my main one and, most especially, thank you very much for taking the trouble to update the link on your site, wish everyone would do likewise to try and increase the visibility of my site's materials among interested people.

Ah, time is a scarce and valuable commodity even in these times. Thanks for your interest, much appreciated. Any and all comments from you will be more than welcome and I'd also like to know what projects are you into right now, they're sure to be amazing, like all others from you. Smile

Best regards and take care.

Hi Valentin,

To be honest, I really don't know how I managed to split the thread Smile It surely wasn't my intention to do this.

Yes, we are still good here. I hope everything is well with you and yours as well, and with all other members of this forum, for that matter.

Except finishing my HRAST BASIC a few years ago, my private projects from the last 10+ years are mostly on the opposite side of those calculators/emulators-related projects from before ... digital/audio signal processing, sound synthesis, developing my own software stynthesizer(s), electronic music, GPGPU development, etc. It's all on my site if you're interested to read more ...

Keep up the good work!

Hrast

Hi Ž!
I suspect one of the moderators did it, since Valentin asks us to please refrain from posting anything to his updates announcement thread, where you originally replied...

Yes, that explains it, thanks Massimo.

Good night, Hrast:

As Massimo Gnerucci told us, probably a moderator split it up (thanks, gentle moderator !). I include two notes, at the top and the bottom of my update posts, asking readers not to post anything in the thread but people don't seem to notice them. Perhaps if I use a bold font ... Smile

Thank you, and yes we are. And I wish the same as well for all other members of this forum, as you say.

Yes, I've visited your site and have read most everything there, and though it absolutely goes over my head (i.e.: I don't understand the first thing about the subject matters as far as the audio parts go) it's clear to me that you've done an incredibly amazing, ground-breaking work. Just reading the comments posted by the many knowledgeable people that have tried your productions makes the point utterly clear.

Wish I were into that world because I'd be a devoted user of your productions to the max, and woukd be glad to contribute the "mandatory donnation" to support your work. Alas, my interests and abilities lie elsewhere. Smile

Thank you very much, and please do the same. Your audio software productions are superb and you deserve all the credit for them. This applies to your music as well.

Best regards and have a nice weekend.
