Printing from the HP_50g - cahlucas - 06-04-2021 08:17 PM Hi all, It has bothered me for a long time: printing GROB's on the HP 82240B from the HP-50g is extremely slow compared to the HP-48G(X). This applies to both the PR1 and PRLCD command. The GROBs themselves print well, but it's so damn slow. I've looked at the system RPL code of the PR1 command, but other than pointers that have moved, the code is identical. Does anyone know of a trick to make printing much faster? Sincerely, Karel. RE: Printing from the HP_50g - BobVA - 06-04-2021 10:28 PM I'm not sure if it applies to graphics, but it might be worth checking the DELAY parameter to see if it's set too high? RE: Printing from the HP_50g - cahlucas - 06-05-2021 08:47 PM Dear Bob, The delay parameter is set to 1.8, so it can't be that. It's only the GROB's that print very slowly, the rest of the objects print at a good speed. So it must be something else, and maybe there is a method to solve this problem. Hopefully, someone knows a solution and is willing to share it. I hope for a reply. Sincerely, Karel. |
