Unfortunately it can’t run on my PC. I’ve tried a bunch, and all return the same error message.

Download the whole 7zip from the right side of the page and then extract the emulator(s) you need. Or select what you need from the torrent.

Nevertheless, on Windows 10 Pro x64, it will warn you that the OS version is unsupported, but it lets you go on.
