HP49-50G: lim(1/x - 1/ (e^x-1)), as x —>+0 - Gil - 04-15-2022 03:54 PM

I can't get the result of 1/2
when I ask the calculator to evaluate
'lim(1/X-1/(EXP(X)-1),X=+0)'.

Could somebody help me?

Thanks in advance.

Gil

X INV X e^x 1 − INV −      → 1/X-1/(e^X-1)
0 LIMIT                            → 1/2

This is not 1 sided limit (x=+0) though.

Thanks for your (alternative) solution and correction.

Or
'lim(1/X-1/(EXP(X)-1),X=0)'
EVAL

With, as you mentioned, no + before the "0-limit".

New question
I get the answer '1/2'.
Is it possible to change a flag and get 1/2 (without '...')?

Regards
