Advanced Graphing - robmio - 08-16-2022 03:34 PM

hello, how do I import an equation from the "cas" screen into the "V1" row of the "Advanced Graphing" app?

Thanks for your help, robmio

You can copy and paste, they are described on page 31 of the 3rd Edition HP Prime users manual.

Thank you.

Although Copy and Paste works, it is usually faster to press the Menu key (the key to the left of the CAS key) and select "Get from CAS". Then highlight the desired equation and press Enter.

EDIT: Note that you may have to change the lowercase variables to uppercase.

Thanks for your suggestions,

however, if I copy an equation from the "cas" screen (or if I utilise the Menu key), pasting it into V1 I get an error, as the equation contains the variables in lowercase while the Advanced Graphing App wants the variables in uppercase.
How to overcome this problem?

Thanks a lot, robmio.
