HP Prime Soft Resetting itself - CT82716 - 06-07-2023 07:18 AM Hi! so i think i have a problem. I installed some programs and applications, so far so good. but if I leave the calculator off for a few days, the calculator has nothing installed when it starts up! the calculator has the basic programs and the system settings too, but no trace of the applications that i installed on my own. Is it intentional or is it a mistake? Thank you in advance RE: HP Prime Soft Resetting itself - slysalamander - 05-07-2024 11:18 PM Hello Its been almost a year since you posted this. I hope you can read my reply... I'm having this problem too, no idea what to do about it. How did you fixed it? I was thinking about changing the calc for a new one with the warranty. But i am not sure what to do... I installed some Fourier analysis tool, but doesn't matter as it happens with all apps. after 2 o 3 days of inactivity, the calculator sort of reset itself. I was thinking about just restoring the notes and redoing the apps by hand, but i am not sure what to try to stop this problem from happening. The big issue now is that i had all my notes written in a sort of equation format, and with the restored notes, they are just linear notes, not in equation format anymore, and that really makes me sad, because i had it all ordered and now its a mess to read them. I contact the support but still no answer. I thought about resetting the calculator and not updating the firmware to test if the problem persists or no, but as far as ive read the updates are really important... |
