I have a survey pro card for the 48. It is version 6.2. However I'd like the manuals to complete my collection. I believe there was a "user manual" and a "reference manual". For this version software, the front cover should definitely say "survey pro" on it somewhere. If you have them, please send me a message. I can buy or trade. Especially surveying stuff.
