Lifting the corners of the label was not a problem. "Gummy wheel" was shot as photo shows. Working on the new O-rings now. Have everything cleaned up ready to re-assemble. Motor sounded bad, but after cleaning and lubricating it runs like a swiss watch and quiet as a mouse. I'll let you know how it turns out.
