Unable to create a private messages folder - Sylvain Cote - 11-23-2024 07:00 PM
I am unable to create a new folder in the private messages section.
I go to → HP Forums / Private Messages / Folder Management
In "Add New Folders" section, I enter a new folder name, then press "Update Folders".
The response I get is a blank page.
If I go back to → HP Forums / Private Messages / Folder Management
the new folder is not there.

Problem confirmed (I'm in FireFox on Windows, I'm sure Sylvain is using Safari on macOS, so likely not a browser issue).
I'll let Dave know.
