HP41CV auto-off at ~20 seconds - crhea - 10-26-2014 02:03 PM
From what I understand, the 41CV is supposed to auto power-off after 10 minutes of inactivity. I recently picked up a calc on eBay, and after fixing a broken post and cleaning contacts seems to work OK *except* that it will auto-power off after about 20 seconds. I can hit the ON button and it comes back.
Haven't seen anything close to this in my searches...
Ideas?
