Something about the ftp post HP split seems to have changed. I don't know what it is, but some people are having trouble with certain browsers. Which one are you trying with? Still misbehave if you use a real FTP program, or internet exploder?

it fails at the last moment, like it's unable to finalize something. but it's reporting a network error. it's ONLY occurring on the prime file. works fine on other files in the same folder on the hp server.

and I have just figured it out.
I was saving to my google drive.
saving local worked fine.
then I will move it to google drive.

I just downloaded all files in the folder using both IE11 and Chrome (up to date - Version 50.0.2661.87 m) without any issues or interruptions.
By sure you are using "ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/" - sometimes the url gets munged by the forum s/w. Best to type (or copy/paste) rather than click a link.

For me, Firefox failed. IE11 worked.

For me, Opera failed about 3 times downloading VC. After that, the file was downloaded successfully.

I have downloaded the latest version of HP Prime Virtual Calculator on FTP site using Google Chrome and had the same problem. I switched to Microsoft Edge (I am using Windows 10!) and the download concludes with no issues.

I installed, the ultimate Software Version 10077, in my HP Omni PC120 1026a, with Operating System, Windows 7, Home Premium, 64-bit and check, with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 and too, Mozilla Firefox and I haven't problems, with, the installation and use.
