Update of Emu48 Classic to v1.59 - Christoph Giesselink - 08-15-2017 07:43 PM We are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Emu48 at http://hp.giesselink.com/20ann48.htm. The Emu48 v1.0 binary in the original archive has the date code 07/19/1997! These sources founded a family of HP calculator emulators namely Emu10, Emu28, Emu42, Emu48 and Emu71 with a lot of different calculators. Code: Emulated HP calculators using Emu48 emulation engine Some of the emulators or KML scripts from above are not available in the public because of ROM copyright reasons. ROM's of these calculators cannot be extracted over an interface from an original machine. The classic version of Emu48 v1.59 is available at http://hp.giesselink.com. This is a maintenance update introducing a help file in HTML and some new KML script commands. The documentation of the new commands will be published when Emu71 is distributed with these updates too. This should avoid confusing customers about the implementation state of each emulator. A complete list of bugfixes and changes is available here. I can honestly say that my site would not be what it is today without his work, because the emulator is a critical timesaver in analyzing new software and preparing screenshots and descriptions, and before Christoph took over, Emu48 would not have served my needs. Win10 refuses to run the .exe file. 2. After installation (on a Win 7 machine), all of the skins do not appear in the dropdown box in the emulator window. TomC PS: I'd really like a skin that will fill my Win10 pad 800x1280. RE: Update of Emu48 Classic to v1.59 - brickviking - 08-31-2017 09:05 AM At least on my machine (32-bit Vista) installation worked fine. It even prompted for the removal of the previously-installed EMU48.
