Looking for a rechargeable battery for my old 32E statistical calculator ; also what is the equivalent new version of the 32E ; this had a remarkable feature the normal distribution values Q and Q-1.
The display of my calculator flashes at times and numbers go off ; but the battery pack does not take charge after hours ....anyone who can help with a battery pack HP82109A?

You can buy replacement batteries on eBay:

But another, likely safer, option is to buy flat-top NiMH AA cells (Eneloops are best), charge them externally with a smart charger (e.g. Lacrosse Technology BC700) and insert them into the 32E with a small metal connector at the far end (folded aluminum foil works fine). The Plus (+) terminal is the one towards the bottom of the unit.

As another user posted, NEVER run your 32E with the charger plugged-in and no battery or poor battery, the power from the adapter can damage your 32E.

Good luck.
