Since the HP website seems to be unreliable: is it a good idea to provide links to that site (like those you posted for the 12C/CP)? Who knows if they still work tomorrow? HP obviously doesn't care. Gene, do you think it may be possible to collect the desired files from the community (I think I have the 35s learning modules somewhere in my archive) and host them somewhere else? Either on this site, on hpcalc.org or whereever? Of course with the permission of HP. Maybe such an inquiry will even push them a bit to get their broken links fixed. ;-) Dieter |

Oddly the 10S and 17BII+ .zip file links are not working there either, though the individual module .pdf files are working. 10S: No problem really; both of the people that want these can probably get them from Casio 17BII+: As noted, the .zip file does not work, but I have it from the past. If we find a common place to host these, I'll be happy to share it there (10S .zip as well) --Bob Prosperi |

Thanks to for the links.
@pier4 Isn't it a good idea to insert these learning modules to the HP calc torrent? |

RE: HP Learning Modules - links
Good progress. I should have all of these somewhere, of course. ;-)
I have found the 40g modules. I have also found the 10 new modules for the HP 10bII+. The 25 modules for the HP-10bII work 100% properly for the HP-10bII+. The 10 new modules covered the new functionality. There were no modules for the 39G...that was before these were commissioned. Oops. There may not have been any modules for the HP 8S. I'm checking. The 8S and 10S had identical (?) functionality, so they may not exist. Also, the updated HP-12C / 12CP solutions handbook needs to be in the torrent as does the updated HP 12CP owners manual with examples in algebraic and RPN. The HP site continues to lose these and revert back to the original versions. Sigh. |

HP-40GS - 40GS modules
That's a dropbox link so please grab that .zip and store it somewhere else. 40GS not 40G. HP-10BII Plus: 10BII plus |

RE: HP Learning Modules - links
I have the 8S learning module(s) BUT a most interesting observation from 10s_03_operating_modes.pdf url in that BOTH the header & the footer for pages 2 & 3 read 8S while the first page and the body of pages 2 & 3 refers to the 10S.
(a down under thing?) BEST! SlideRule |

RE: HP Learning Modules - links
I don't know if it's already posted here or if you are already aware of this site, but there are usefull tutorials for HP 50G, with math lessons, like cubic spines, diff equations etc, with dowloadabe programs.
Navigate and have a look. https://resources.thiel.edu/mathproject/...efault.htm Cheers |

RE: HP Learning Modules - links
This is interesting. I thought I had already made a torrent with all the Learning Modules when I added the other torrents to my site, because I had already compiled them all for the HHC 2017 USB drive. Turns out I had not.
Also, I had not previously had the 8s or 10bII Learning Modules, so thanks for posting those. I have added them to my collection, and I have now added a torrent for obtaining all the Learning Modules in one place: https://www.hpcalc.org/torrents/ |

Eric as usual : awesome! Please make a quick program that writes "awesome" on your calculator with an endless loop. That's will get closer to what I think about you, but without spamming the forum!

Add these to the torrent.

You mean those? https://www.hpcalc.org/search.php?query=marathon
I love them, and they are already in two torrents at least. Mine and those from Eric. I hope to do them "my way" one day. People if you explored math (also textbook math) doing documentation with a calculator, please share! Wikis are great, Contribute :) |
