official method to report Prime bugs
I've just posted about a minor bug I found.

Is there an official method I should also follow, to report the bug to HP? This is with a released (current) firmware, not a beta.

Or does the fact that some HP engineers (helpfully) follow this forum mean there's no need?

thanks…

An email to calcbeta@hp.com should go to the people responsible for fixing bugs, even if it isn't for a beta release.

An official bug tracker would be nice ....

Hello, friends of the forum, I believe that a subsection dedicated to the report of errors, allows to discuss about the informed, whereas if it is sent directly to an electronic mail, the diligence can be lost.

thanks, although in this case, I'm merely asking what HP currently prefer us to do, rather than what might be better for us Smile

The email is best.

Although I work for HP, the views and opinions I post here are my own.

If it is better but before, you have to discuss it here, with the purpose of obtaining the appreciations of several users.
