RE: FORTH
This brings back some memories. I was already familiar with FORTH (and threaded interpretive languages) from the August Byte issue on the subject that inspired me to get the (I think) Starting FORTH book, so I was excited to get the Forth/Assembler ROM for my 71B.

Turned out the assembler for the Saturn processor got the most use, as I used the manuals to write the first HP 48S ROM disassembly tool, which had a nice correlation since RPL was primarily a threaded interpretive language internally, bringing it all back full circle.

I still have the kit in my home office somewhere.

RE: Forth
A nice Forth implementation is also available for the Casio PB-1000.
