Sudoku: Infinite Loop

I've tried the last version of Sudoku by Lennart Börjeson. I played with some values and found a setting where the program doesn't find a solution. It seems to go in an endless loop.

This has no solution. 6th column need 789 (or its permutations) to fill the holes, but 7 is taken.
