What's its right name and where to buy this ...

Hi everyone,
this came out of my high school drawer, and it is quite useful while measuring
values or waveforms from an IC.
We would like to buy bigger and "longer" models, but I can't find them on any shop
I have written to the maker (Cliff) but with no reply,
Does anyone know what's the technical name so that we can narrow the search ?

It's an IC test clip. I haven't seen one of those in many a moon, no doubt due to the prevalence of surface mount ICs these days. A web search turned up this link

Hi Dave,
with these you need to remove the IC from the PCB
we want to measure with the IC in place on its PCB

It's 'IC test clip for DIP'.
It's currently availabel from 3M and can be purchased at DigiKey.

I finished High School in 1983, you can call these "vintage"
Searching IC test clip returned a number of vendor including 3M which is good

I have now found some of them at home.
They remind me of the good old days around 1980, when it was a great job to make a system full of multibus cages with dozens of PALs and tons of TTLs.
(Now that kind of system is like a simple coding job that fits into one FPGA)

I would like to buy the 3M model for a 20 pins IC like the anode driver or the cathode driver of a Classic unit
These clips are available in two different widths
Is the 0,3” width the right one ?
