HP Connectivity Kit not running
Hello, I am a new member, thank u for let me in.
I have a problem: I downloaded the app "HP Connectivity Kit" for the calculator but I am not able to see the content of my HP once connected since when I double click on "Hp Prime" on the panel, my calculator shuts down... also, when I try to backup before installing the update for the calculator the allert "Backup failed" appears. What am I supposed to do? Many thanks |
