Connectivity Kit and Firmvare compatibility

Hi all,
my HP Prime has sw version 2.1.14588 (2021 05 05), hw version C, serial #3CD6200039, os: V0.050.640
- PC: Win version 21H1 (Build 19043.1110)
- HP Connectivity kit x64_20210609.msi, version 2.1.14592
Could anyone help/explain why ConnKit and Firmware do not fully cooperate and any attempt to open a calculator name/icon in the calculator pane caused calculator restart.
I have checked different firmware /ConnKit versions without success.
Similar problem has been discussed in some forum in Italy. But although the discussion was in English I did not understand what to do.
