WTB HP-97 ROM 0 (U2; 1818-0267 or 1818-0225)

Hi there,

I have an HP-97 that I've inherited from my grandfather-in-law. I'm trying to get it all restored and nice. I've been working through the laundry list of problems, and I've gotten to one that will require a replacement IC. I think this is probably a long shot, but does anyone have a HP-97 CPU board that's at least got a good ROM-0, or even just the chip itself?
