HP91 Manual Addendum + Accessories Envelope

Hello.

I've recently acquired an lot with random items and it came with an HP91 Owner's Handbook Addendum (00091-90016) and the return envelope for ordering accessories (9320-3440), also for the HP91.

The Addendum has a small tear at the fold seam, of about 17mm. I've attached pictures.

If anyone is interested I can send them by letter, just need to cover the shipping costs. I'm from Brazil.
