HP82143 printer emulation updated

For those who have missed it, Christoph Giesselink has updated his HP82240 emulator to include support for the HP82143 printer. At the same time a new version of V41 is released which also supports this printer. Really happy with this as it is a really clean implementation of the original HP41 printer, and glad to have contributed a bit on the printer side. This also means that my YPRT serial printer ROM for the HP41CL can now print into this emulator over the serial port, including graphics. Printing is not perfect yet, as YPRT must still be updated to support the last tricky details of the HP82143 printer, and I am working on that.

As a bonus, Diego's USB-41 emulator for the HP82143 now also supports graphics printing into the updated printer emulator (just remember to set the baud rate to 115200). There are some minor issues with graphics printing, but text printing is quite nice in any case (the new emulator has the option to suppress EOL that may be needed). This is a great way to print (emulated printing that is) if you do not have a real printer or HP-IL with a PILBox.
