Thanks for Bob P. for obtaining this book and allowing me to scan it. This was one of the first three small books I cut the spine off of myself. The book imager I have does not work well on such small pages, the page curvature is too great. It was scanned at 600DPI, touched up, OCRd, and then reduced to 300DPI. The next step will be to spiral bind the original as soon as the new spiral binding machine shows up. It's not really a chore if it means you can buy new tools
