Sharp EL-5xxx service manuals?

Does anyone happen to have the Sharp EL-5102 service manual? I have found the EL-5100S SM, but EL-5100, EL-5101, EL-5102, EL-5103 service manuals don't seem to be out there.

I'm hoping that if we can locate the EL-5101, EL-5102, EL-5103 service manuals then the fellow who makes the other replacement Sharp LCDs might consider these models which all suffer the same fate of darkening over time.

I've searched the internet every which way I know how, and all I could find is information that the 5101 and the 5102 have the same 16 YLCD characters display.

I'll keep searching.
