New tools for polynomial regression

I present a new tool for polynomial regression between two variables. I have defined a new type of rational polynomials that are a subset of the Pade polynomials. These new kinds of rational polynomials avoid having terms with the same powers in both the numerator and denominator polynomials. As such, these new rational polynomials are defined with a single order (as opposed to two orders in the case of Pade polynomials).
