82163A Video Interface Service Manual
Does anybody have a copy of the 82163A HP-IL Video Interface Service Manual or the schematic?

Mine has a jittery display. It looks like the 5V regulator has been replaced and I replaced the two big caps as the ends were blackened, but that made no difference.
