freeze problem

hi everyone!

i have a problem with my hp prime after update the firmware the calculator is freeze, and i can't restore the calculator, i try to reset from the switch in the back side but the calculator show the equation of the circle and maintain this condition (calculator freeze with the equation of circle)

i ask apologies, my english is very poor

Start the ConnKit, plug in the USB cable, and hold Symb and reset (at the back of the calc) at the same time. That should force the Prime into update.

I had the same problem, and that worked for me.

no help, the next monday i'll take my calculator to the HP store

i try with CFO, apps+esc+on

there are methods neither works
