Astro Lab 4 with Rising, Transit and Setting!

Hi!
I post a update of Astro Lab. This time, with a function for the rising, the transit and the setting of all planets, including Pluto and the Moon.
I also create a new apps (calling: Rising and Setting View). This new apps output the time in local time so check the Astro Lab setting for your place before using it. Also check the date of the output carefully, because in local time, the date can change...
