Include [ rsolve ] in [ Solve ] Menu

The [ Solve ] Menu has only 8 options listed, leaving room for the inclusion of [ rsolve ] for the solution of recurrent Difference Equations, a very useful function, actually ommited from the Solve Menu.

Was specifically left out since it gets used so infrequently. We wanted the position to be open to put in another command when needed.

A Better suggestion would be to allow [ User ] customizable Menus, providing a Base ( factory original ) Template, which could be Freely [ Edited ] by the user, like [ TI-89 Custom Menus ] or [ HP 50g Custom Menus ].
