Are these manuals on the DVD?

I was looking for the HP 48 Graphics books and I found this old thread from 2005:

The poster in message #22 has this and some other stuff but it is not listed in the current MoHPC DVD contents. Does anybody know if the HP 48 graphics books are available on the DVD or elsewhere?
