Onboard compiler for HP 39gs?

Hello,
I don't find any compilers for HP 39gs (and for all 39/40 series).
Neither RPL nor ASM nor any other language. Only BASIC.

It is possible create onboard comipler for that devices?
There exist example of code that create new application or library on HP 39gs?
